Hello,

I just want to share with you that I was on a flight from
Dallas, TX to Orlando Florida on August 13 2009.  Tatiana
and her children, her mother, and brother and his family
were also flying to Orlando.  This was her first trip to
Disney...so she told me.  I stopped and said hello and she
was very very nice!  I did not elaborate too much with her
because I did not want to make her feel bombarded @!!!

I was born in monterrey although i've lived in chicago my whole
life.  I was 12 and on vacation in monterrey when Chicas De Hoy came

Hey there everyone, remember me? I just wanted to tell U
all that this site is above all kidsites there are in the
Internet. And Tati is an icon to many of those sites &
shows of kids'TV programs like Nick, Cartoon Network,
Boomerang, Toon Disney, Disney Channel ETC... But mainly
she's even best to  me than any other kids' logo. Other
than Dora or Diego or Maya & Miguel, Dragontales, Arthur,
Barney, Sesame Street, Plaza Sesamo, (The mexican Sesame
Street) Strawberry Shortcake, Big Comfy Couch etc...
Plenty of those extremely lesson valued kids'shows & logos
are nothing much compared to The Queen of the Kids' actual
considerable learning & magical transition to contributing
them into many of her songs that she tells both children &
adults (Maybe young adults.) That is of course nothing
farther that many childrens' programs & shows in the U.S
hadn't got other than what the La Reina De Los Ninos shows
us all what love really means to plenty of families or
friends who believe anything is possible...even love. Even
I understood that, that is why I'm her biggest fan,
because of her love & warming generosity that shows us to
care for other & makes us better people, better humans, to
a better world...That's what she's been tellin' us and
always will be, even if it is in spanish yet I understand
it! That is the reason what THEY don't have what She has.
So I wanna thank U once again for making this site, the
sites, even her official site, the best of them all for
the one person that grants care, kindness, true friendship
and love to the world that is extremely difficult today
that we call Earth. Now that, I was trying to convince
that I didn't mean to promote critism to the other sites
(especially Disney) cause they're all neighbors to what
must admit where TATIANA's creativity, MAGIC, and exact
messages of love came from. Thank U Again with me in this
chat folks and I still haven't met her yet, but now I'm in
contact with on her official site message board. But I

A word about the photo gallery--great pictures, especially
those of Tatiana taken with fans, her performances and
family photos...there is ONE celebrity she should have her
photo taken with, who's been a frequent visitor to the
White House, several U.S. and Canadian cities, as well as
overseas, courtesy of some professional athletes (any
guesses?)...that's right, THE STANLEY CUP!

True, it is nearly impossible to get a hold of it, and
she'd have to wait until the playoffs to see which team
wins (I'm predicting the Red Wings, being a Michigan
native).  But, its image can be digitally inserted...

I'm sure other fans would love this idea!

I am hoping this get's to Tatiana herself. Cause I am
hoping that she will maybe take me into her guest of
mermaid pictures & fun. Cause the from the very first time
I ever watched the movie The Little Mermaid I have dreamed
of nothing else but becoming one. I now the difference
between fantasy & re     but since I'v seen her site with
all the pictures of her as a mermaid I now that you can
make your dream become half way true. I would love more

I've been a Tatifan since I was eight years old, and now

kids I stopped buying her records, but with the

And been wanting to write you concerning it. I see it's been  change for
Regalo 2 but I did enjoy seeing my most favorite foto of  Tatiana. It was the
last one in the intro. I say,  there's magic in that foto, I just know there is
this  magic and it does bring tears to my eyes because this foto is like a
mirror to  Tat's soul. And when I look at other fotos of Tat it's like I can see

Hello,

About nine years ago my little brother who was 3 at that
time was the number 1 fan of Tatiana.  I took him to a
concert in Mexico City which was a real nightmare.  The
organization was so horrible that nobody, except the first 4
rows, could see anything and since we were in the 10th row,
we could not see Tatiana.  We could only hear her. My little
brother cried his eyes out.  We went home very dissapointed
but still liked Tatiana.  Now, almost ten years later, I
have a two year old beautiful girl who also loves Tatiana,
(oh no, there we go again).  Now, I am trying to get her cd
Brinca II and I don't seem to be able to find it anywhere. I
live in San Diego, California.  Please, dont make me get
dissapointed of Tatiana again.  Please direct me or help me
find this CD, so I can buy it for my beautiful baby girl.

You have a great fan site--colorful design, easy to navigate thru, and plenty of
interesting information about this talented international singing star!  I
recently caught some of her poerformance clips on Univision, and I must say that
she delivers a captivating performance--much like Tiffany, Debbie Gibson, and
the latest American teen idols, the likes of which will last a long time.

One link in particular interested me; the Atlanta fan who wrote about meeting
her in person, when she appeared there for a series of shows.  His experience is
told in great detail, specifically the anxiety and excitement he felt at the
thought of meeting his idol, something not many people get a chance to do.  I,
like many fortunate individuals, have had the privlege of meeting some "famous"
people, mostly professional hockey and basketball players (former Detroit Red
Wing Doug Shedden, various United Hockey League players, former Detroit Piston
Mateen Cleaves, and WNBA Detroit Shock forward Wendy Palmer); experiences to be
savored!

As she has had the privlege of performing in the U.S., I was wondering if she
would consider performing in Michigan; there are many great venues around, some
of them legendary, like the Blind Pig in Ann Arbor and Joe Louis Arena.  In the
Greater Detroit area are:

Palace of Auburn Hills, Fox Theater, Ford Field, Comerica Park

In the Greater Flint area:

Perani's Hockey World Arena and Event Center, Russellville Ballroom, Whiting
Auditorium, University of Michigan-Flint Theater

Several sites list other Michigan venues--I'm sure she would appreciate the
opportunity to perform in any of them, gaining new fans in the process.  As this

First, I am so sorry for the loss of your grandfather.
But, he is now a merman awaiting the arrival of his
beautiful granddaughter mermaid far into the future!

I have two step daughters that have inspired a new
traidition in our household.  They are so beautiful and
very sweet girls!  Since their visit in 2003 to our new
home in Sarasota, FL, I now purchase beautiful mermaid
ornaments and give them as gifts to "honorary" mermaids
that have visited our pool.  Once they touch the minty
green water, then they, too, become mermaids and are worthy
of a small mermaid ornament as a gift.  The Princess Fairy
Mermaid comes in July each year and leaves one water toy
under the palm tree for each child that is at my home.  To
call her, children must stand at the edge of a body of
water with a cup of water and a drinking straw.  Bubbles
are blown into the water with the straw to summon the
Mermaid from the sea.  She then comes through the water
system bearing gifts and must return to the sea until the
next year.  How do you know she was really there?  There is
glitter on the ground from her fins attached to seaweed
(spanish moss).  Follow the trail of "fin glitter" and
there are the gifts!  You may want to check out December
Diamonds on the web to add to your mermaid collection.
They have fabulous mermaids and mermen and some are not
repeated and are limited editions.  I was searching for
mermaid tail costumes for my beautiful mermaids because I
would love to take their pictures under the water in my
pool and I am unable to find affordable, acceptable "tails"
for my girls!  But I enjoyed your sight very, very much.  I
would love to see my girls in mermaid tails the quality of
yours.  You are a beautiful mermaid!  Best of everything to

And before I go in this letter, I have to telll you this short story of
myself. Early last year I was looking for some music for my quiet time, my prayer
time. And two beatiful songs called "Alive" and "Ain't Funny" by Jennifer Lopez
enter my life. Alive was about letting go, and boy this song was helping just
to do that. And this was the first time I ever had a disco of Jennifer's

The second song "Ain't Funny" not to be confused with another titled this way
by Jennifer has a Spanish beat to it. And I just dig this so much. But what
was coming in store for me later that year I had no idea. Now because of these
2 songs I have 2 discos of hers.
And I just had to get the third cd that she had as well. It will be this cd
that willl make a great change in me later on in the Autumn
of that year.

A song called "No Me Ames" will change everything inside of me that I will no
longer see myself as I have done before. Yes, I fell in love with this song,
that will open me up to the Latin world like never before. At this point I am
really not sure why I had this great spiritual change in me, but I know what
has happen has completely change my frame of mind in how I see myself as a
person.

And I have totally fallen in love with the Latin world that in spirit I
consider myself Latino even if I am not by blood. Before I knew it, I feel in love
with México and everyday I hold México in my heart and prayers. If God puts me
in the right positions, and I pray He does, I will do everything and anything
within my power for México.

Of course in my youth I fell in love with the Aztec's and Mayan's
before and spiritually closed the door by saying, no God, México is way too
hot! :))

Awww this love I have for México and all of Latin America is amazing!
It's wonderous! I have the Mexican Flag in my apartment, on my car
and even in my taxi at work. Plus I thrist to learn Spanish very quickly. In
fact see it as my first language in the time to come.
Personally if I had my way, I would never ever speak english again.
Seriously!

And the weird part is by birth I am half english from real dad.
What is my other part? Being that I am adopted, I don't know.
But if my dreams be true which kept taking me to northern Spain,
to the Basque and Galicia areas then I might be part Latino?
It's possible. And it would help explain why I made this complete 360 degree
shift in me last year so very fast, so very quickly!!

And who was the next Latin artist in my life last year?
Awwwww Tatiana and that is without her music because I could not get one
Navidad disco of her's here in Vegas. And thanks to this web site, I knew she had
2 disco's out there. Still in print I believe for the both of them. It's
amazing all of the stores sold her Childrens discos but no Navidad disco. Ohmy!

But thanks be to the web I have now both of her Navidad discos
and she is my favorite of all. Boy is she! She truly has one of the most
beautiful voices in the world and her voice melts my heart.
To me Tatiana is a #1 world contender with her voice.

This site has touch me in so many ways. And Tatiana is
always in my heart and prayers on a daily basis. In fact due to your site
again, I see she was in the hospital this year due to dehydration.
She worries me a little because I know she stays constantly busy.

Many thanks for your cool website.  I had the great fortune to meet Tatiana 
at a conference sponsored by the Center for Communications Programs (Johns 
Hopkins University), the college that, in the 80's, produced pop songs and 
videos in Mexico, the Philippines and Nigeria which promoted abstinence and 
birth control (well- not in Mexico, but in Nigeria, surely!).  She performed 
a mini-set at the conference, followed by Lea Salonga and then King Sunny 
Ade.  She was gracious, approachable, and was my catalyst for learning 
Spanish.  The music was great ("Las Cosas Que He Visto" had just come out), 
she made me want to learn.

I look forward to checking in and keep up with her work and life.

I hope this e-mail reaches to you and your family, I just 
read the problems you have encounter and I must say, you 
have shown true love and commitment to your family and 
friends,  there is different types of abuse which I am sure 
you had 3 different kinds which include verbal, physical 
and mental,(I hope not more) and you made the right 
decision in getting away from the abuse, and it was brave 
and  positive for your children to get them away from him, 
too.... I am presently going to classes and I discover that 
to stop the abuse, you should know the symptoms, and many 
young mothers and children have no way to turn or at least 
they feel that way, So I believe it would be great if you 
and your family did some research in child abuse, and how 
it affect them throughout their all live, is like a broken 
cord (umbilical cord) in this you can make like a separate 
non-profit organization, ( I do not know the laws in 
Mexico) but for example, you can charge for your service 
and get paid for your service and certain amount that 
people pays is for the non profit or you can donated or 
build a small house for abuse children and parents, you may 
not like to do this since it could bring you back painful 
memories, but if we think about the little ones, they do 
not have a choice but to live with it, and they do not know 
is wrong. One of the symptoms in abuse is that the abuser 
must have control over almost everything and that is what 
he did, to you. But if before you got married, you would of 
known about all this kinds of abuse and how to prevent 
them, things would of being different. Now I am making a 
difference in my life and I try to help kids with problems 
that have being abuse I have no idea, how this works in 
Mexico, but I sure for you that has access to get in touch 
to children you may be able to do it, I have a binder of 
research work in my state only,on child abuse, that if you 
like I can photocopy and mail you only if you are 
interested I understand the laws are different in this 
country. but you can get a general idea on how it works.
I believe that people live for their motivations in life, 
some people, gets motivated, for their family and their 
life for their family like your parents, and your self. 
Others like your EX-husband is motivated for money and 
control., but I am sure the Newton Law, still works, and 
every-action has a reaction and soon or later He will 
learned right from wrong.
I understand that nothing will be the same, for you and 
your family you have to keep your guard up at all times and 
that this kind of scars never heal, I also saw, a small 
clip on that El Gordo y La Flaca and ear them say that if 
you were in this country you could never get away with 
taking your children away from his father, well they are 
absolutely wrong, in this country you could of call the 
cops, in this country child and /or spouse abuse is not 
tolarated, He would of being in jail, and while he was in 
jail, you could take the rights away from him. Legally. I 
hate that comment and that kind of behavior, so if they 
ever contact you you should send them a video, or call them 
and make a statement not an interview, that in this country 
you would of have the resources to do every-thing legal, 
and in this country He would of been removed in handcuffs 
out of YOUR house. AND I would love for you to  tell that 
flaca, that you understand that that's how they make their 
money by selling gossip. you instead help children and help 
your kids, with the only resources you have.
I am sorry about all this long letter, We just get mad.
Well I hope you have a wonderful Xmas with your gorgeous 
kids and family and I did not have a family like yours

First let me congratulate you on an excellent fan web 
site, few artists have such decicated fans as to make 
such an extensive and well researched page. I do 
wonder however, how you became such a big fan of 
Tatiana since spanish is not your language. 
I came across your site as I was seeking information 
regarding Tatiana's children's CD's since I want to buy 
one or two for my niece this Christmas. As I was seeing 
the discography section I saw that you even include the 
Kuman rock opera soundtrack, that brought back many 
memories since I have that LP which I bought when I 
saw the play in Mexico City back in 1984 (yes I'm that 
old!). I was on vacation with my family at the time 
visiting relatives in Mexico City and one of my cousins 
took us to see the play, we wanted to see it because of 
Cristal y Acero, the metal trio that performed live during 
the play, they played in the background as the actors 
performed in the foreground. I remember very little of 
the play itself, but a few details remain, mainly that 
Tatiana was one hot chick! (She still is of course). Also 
that in one point in the play she crossed a rope bridge 
that went over the audience. And also that at the end of 
the play Cristal y Acero came to the foreground to play a 
song. When the play ended I bought the soundtrack LP 
on the way out (which I still have though I haven't 
listened to it in years). 
The review on your site said that Cristal y Acero sound 
like an early Rush. They wish! Cristal y Acero were 
never that good and never really made a mark for 
themselves as a rock band, though they were one of 
the first metal bands in Mexico with an actual record 
contract. Kuman may have been the high point of their 
carrer. 
Well, congratulations again on your site, it was very 
informative.

You will probably wonder why I am writing to you about 
this, but since you handle something about "El Espacio de 
Tatiana," thought I'd give it a shot.  I am 15 and watch 
the show whenever I am able (though I do not speak Spanish) 
but guess it has been off the air recently.  I am 
interested in acquiring information and possibly pictures 
of one of the dancers on the show.  I believe her name is 
Karla Victoria Lopez and I believe she is very talented as 
I have seen her dance and sing.  How would I be able to get

First of all, I would like to congratulate you on such a wonderful thing
you are trying to do.
I, like yourself, have noticed how Univision butchers her shows, along
with constantly changing her schedule and cutting the show to a half
hour.

I have been trying to contact Tatiana (Televisa) directly but to no
avail.
I am so happy there is someone out there that agrees that Tatiana has to
return to Univision.  Hers in one of the very few shows that is not only
entertaining but is full of good, wholesome fun; needless to say,
educational.

I thank you for your information and believe me, I will contact as many
people and protest as much as I can.

Hopefully, Univision will listen to us.  I would prefer repeats to no
Tatiana.

I've got two English speaking kids learning Spanish.  
Tatiana's music is the only good stuff in Spanish only (as 
opposed to bi-lingual recordings) that I've found.  Great 
voice, excellent production, singable and danceable.  The 
kids love her.
